We have successfully developed and deployed our core technology. We are now entering our commercialization phase.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Founding Head of Growth & Operations to serve as the right hand to the Founder & CEO. This is not a traditional operations role; it is a high-impact, strategic position for an ambitious builder who wants to architect the commercial engine of a high-potential technology company from the ground up.
You will not just execute strategy; you will help define it. You will be responsible for establishing our initial market foothold, driving our first commercial partnerships, and building the operational framework for scale.
Role Description
Commercial Strategy & Partnerships: Lead business development efforts by identifying and securing pilot partnerships with luxury retailers, watchmakers, high value products, authentic artwork and service providers. You will own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
Go-to-Market Execution: Design and implement our initial user acquisition strategy. This includes managing affiliate relationships, overseeing digital presence, and driving early adoption among collectors and enthusiasts.
Operational Excellence: Establish scalable processes for customer onboarding, physical logistics, and partner support. You will turn ad-hoc tasks into streamlined systems.
Customer Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for our early adopters, ensuring a "white glove" experience that builds loyalty and generates critical product feedback.
Strategic Support: Collaborate directly with the CEO on fundraising, investor relations, and long-term product roadmap planning.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 2-5 years in a high-growth startup, management consulting, or a similar high-agency environment. Experience in B2B sales, operations, or a founder-led role is highly desirable.
Skillset: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions for non-technical partners.
Mindset: You are data-driven, organized, and autonomous. You thrive in ambiguity and view obstacles as engineering problems to be solved.
Domain Interest: A genuine interest in the luxury goods market, blockchain technology, supply chain and digital security preferred.
Compensation
Base Salary (28-35K) + Commission (5% of net sales generated) + Equity (2.5%)
